My mom made red peas soup wid smoked turkey neck and chicken foot...it was delish...

I made beef soup with dumpling, cho cho, pumpkin, yellow yam, banana, turnip, carrot and banana. Not supposed to eat beef cause it give mi a headache but I'll take a couple tylenol.

I had a bbq bison sandwich , a mini pita with melted cheese and tomatoes, cole slaw (with barely any mayo):yah: and honeydew melon ... I didn't make any of it but they are bringing me more of that barbeque bison next Saturday

I had brown stew beef flanken wid white rice and steam spinach.
