My days of fine meals are ova the resident cook is persona non grata

I am back to cooking for myself and am not really a good cook, so am off later on to a restaurant for my dinner. I refuse to eat what is cooked at my Mom house so turn down the dinner invitation, the roast look like it gwine get up and walk wey mi not into the rare meat ting....cho

well today is one of those days i wished u lived alone ...i would just put a piece of chicken in the oven, chop it when it ready with some vegetables and cook that box of pasta ... toss the all together with some cheese onion and spices and that would be my dinner... since the other people who live here not going to agree

fry chicken
steamed veggies

lamb chops stewed in pear halves and juice with a bit of soya sauce until sauce is reduced (approx. 20minutes.

serve with corn and fava beans steamed in butter with garlic. pretty nice.

ginger ale.
