I was watching an american cooking show..they were in one of the islands the host was amazed by the woman dropping a bit of whatever she was cooking in har hand miggle to taste..he'd never seen anything like it..made har do it over..

wat about ppl who doan wash rice or wash dem meat odda day mi fren look pan mi an seh sheeeshhhh marie do u wash everything afta it done hear him man this is the best food i've ever tasted the cleanest too. lol.
but seriously dowe yuh nuh suppose fi a dip di same spoon when mi a cook mi have wan basin an a fawk mi use di spoon wat mi a use cook and share wat mi want fi taste inna di basin (extreme sensitivity to heat and cold mi cyaan use hand miggle) di problem wid dat is di basin suh dyam big dat by di time pot tun awf di food done

Mi no wash rice unless is bulk rice but the meat haffi wash inna vinigar/sea salt or both ...mi go mention that at work and I got strange looks ...one more reason not to nyam from them.
I hardly ever taste the food when cooking and if I think I need to I take a regular spoon/fork and take out just enough to taste (u hear MMK) maybe is because growing up eating with the big ole cooking fork or spoon was never done.
