mi a try find some a cant find none. why dem farrin grocery stores have gainst coconut oil

u tink a health food store may sell it?

ok question number two- mi see one oil inna di oil section name omega oil...its made wid olive oil, flax seed and some next oil mi cyan memba...neways dem kinna oil deh is oil fi cook wid or just fi salads...nebody ever use it? how it taste?


an a next ting...in the rice section mi see dem have cooked wild rice in a can wonder if it taste good. bway certain tings not fi eat out of can eino.

i havebought di coconut , buss it wid the balk of mi chopper or hammer , blen dem, and bwile di ile miself ..adds great flavor to ackee and sawlfish .. and makerel and banana.
mi use 12 cokenat .. was fun .. and likkle time consuming ..yes ..mi learn how fi dweet watching a woman dweet in Ketto , Sprngfield just ..outside a Negril...
proud of miself too.. quite di process

now finding 12 good coconuts....a far-eeen mi live. wen u si coconut dem nat even good

the breaking of the coconut is not the issue. mi will fling it pan di tile floor or go oustide and buss it pan ground. lol. but its the hucking pawt. using the knife fi dig out the coconut. by time mi dont is one million little pieces...eida dat or mi spill blood. i have actually never hucksed a coconut before.

well as a kid i use to eat coconut while its still in the shell mi use mi teeth and bite bite it up till all the coconut done.
