4-6 smoked chops (depending on size)
1 head cabbage (cut to your liking)
1 can chicken broth

All cabbage into crockpot; add chicken broth; lay chops on top; cook on low until cabbage is done (approx. 2-4 hours - depending on how you like your cabbage).

This was a real challenge indeed and I started to post up a hamburger or steamed crab recipe, but I guess that's not right lol.

So here is one and I want to say season the chicken first but that takes me over my limit. I still cheated a lil bit, but I refuse to count water as an ingredient.

Creamy Mushroom Chicken

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.

Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

And this one is a low fat mashed potato recipe:

3 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 1/2 cups)
Generous dash ground black pepper

Heat the broth and potatoes in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes well in a colander, reserving the broth.

Mash the potatoes with 1 1/4 cups broth and black pepper. Add additional broth, if needed, until the potatoes are the desired consistency.

Chitown's crock pot recipe has me inspired. I got the ingredients last night (grocery had specials for St. Pat's) so this weekend I will make:

1 corned beef thing with small flavor packet
1 cabbage sliced up
1 cup water

Put all in slow cooker. Turn on low setting. Let it cook all day.
