What is the formula for making tite dumplins?
I don't like making dumplins, so when me do mek dem, is just flour, salt, and water. I gradually add water until I think I reach the right mixture.
Of course nuff times I add too much water and have to sprinkle a bit more flour. Sometimes me cook and people say 'those were some tite dumplins'. I guess tight means thick/heavy, etc.
So unno come tell me...how di dumplin ting go.
