<span style="font-weight: bold">Beefy Macaroni Casserole</span>
Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
* 1 cup chopped celery
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
* 3/4 cup uncooked macaroni, cooked and drained
* 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add ground beef, celery, and chopped onion. Fry until beef is browned and onions are tender. Remove from heat and put into large casserole. Add the tomatoes, the cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, sauce, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle beefy macaroni casserole with chopped parsley, if desired.

Ingredients:
* 1 box Ziti or Rigatoni noodles
* 1 Can Del Monte Traditional Sauce (or your own recipe)
* 1 Ricotta Cheese (16 oz)
* 2 tablespoons. Lawry's Seasoned Salt (or more for your taste)
* 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
* Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Cook ziti according to directions. Put in 9" X 13" pan. Mix in Ricotta cheese and seasoned salt. Mix in Mozzarella cheese. Pour sauce over top. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, serve. Delicious!
You can make this in advance. Great picnic or potluck dish. Freezes well. No one will ever notice that there isn't any meat in it.

* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 cup finely chopped onion (about 1 medium)
* 1 (10-oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
* 3 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
* 1 (14.5-oz.) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
* 1 (8-oz.) container chive-and-onion cream cheese
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper
* 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Prepare rigatoni according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, spread oil on bottom of an 11- x 7-inch baking dish; add onion in a single layer.
3. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or just until tender. Transfer onion to a large bowl, and set aside.
4. Drain chopped spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels.
5. Stir rigatoni, spinach, chicken, and next 4 ingredients into onion in bowl. Spoon mixture into baking dish, and sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake, covered, at 375° for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15 more minutes or until bubbly.

Ingredients
* 2 cups fresh conch , lobster, shrimp, or crawfish (grinded)
* 3 cups heavy cream
* 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese)
* 2 or 3 medium tomatoes
* 1 medium green pepper
* Bread Crumbs
1. Dissolve cheese in cream.
2. Place a layer of tomatoes, green pepper, and seafood in a baking dish. Cover with cream sauce and repeat.
3. Cover top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr to 1 ½ hr.
