<span style="font-weight: bold">Bully Beef Shepherds Pie</span>

likkle oil
1 small onion, chopped
likkle piece of scotch bonnet pepper
1 can bully beef
1/4 cup ketchup
Boiled potatoes mashed wid butter.
1 small green cabbage, shredded and steamed slightly.

Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Saute onion, scotch bonnet in likkle oil. Add bully beef and combine well. Add ketchup, cover and let cook for about 5 minutes.
Lightly grease deep oven-proof dish. Press half mashed potatoes in bottom of dish. Spread cooked corn beef mixture on top. Layer with steamed cabbage. Smoothe rest of mashed potato on top. Sprinkle with likkle paprika, and even cheese, if you like. Bake till crispy looking at bottom - about 30 minutes.

one tin of bully beef. if it don't have di cow pan di can it is not beef meat. it is horse meat or worse, mystery meat. mek sure is picture of cow deppan di can.


ingredients

one tin bully beef/
1/2 head a cavvage-thinly minced
1 tablespoon of coaknawt hile;
1/4 pound of fried dried up salt poak skin(optional)
two romano tomatoes - finely chopped
1 hot pepper (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 medium onion;

5 medium potatoes shredded as if to make scallop potatoes
1/2 cup of frozen peaches and cream corn
1/2 cup of frozen green peas
1/2 cup of frozen leaf spinnach;
1/4 turnip minced.
1 small brick of havarti cheese grated
1/2 cup of flour

di bully beef:

1. head oil in skillet
2. saute onions until carmelized
3. add chopped tomatoes to the mix
4. add in the onion, peppers and cavvage
5. cover the skillet until the cavvage is steamed but not sawffy sawffy
6. add in the optional salt poak fry up skin and the bully beef.
7. cover the pot and mek sure the bully beef melt out.
8. set aside.

the potatoe thing.
steam the potatoes and drain

lightly steam the veggies, drain

mix the 1/2 cup of flour into a paste and add in the drained veggies (you can use the instant mash potatoes for the paste too, but not the whole box)

add the veggies to a greased baking pan on the bottom
add in the sorta cooked potatoes on top of the veggies

bake in the oven for about ten minutes

add the grated small brick of cheese on top of the potatoes and put the pan back in the oven for about five minutes.

it done cook when the cheese is melted. you can use cheddar cheese.

Serve the potato dish as a side to the bully beef.

if yu eat dat pan di reggila, it will mek yu spreadout and fat like yaws pan fowl.

Salt beef brisket soup

1. ½ kilo beef brisket, finely chopped and soaked to remove excess salt, but still retain the corned beef taste or presshah wih kill you;
2. 6 new potatoes
3. 1 stem leek, finely chopped
4. 1 tsp. crushed garlic
5. sprigs of rosemary
6. ½ cup of red lentils
7. 1 carrot – chopped
8. 2 celery sticks finely chopped
9. put the brisket, leek, celery, carrot and garlic into a pot half filled with water.
10. bring to a boil and allow brisket is cooked on medium heat
11. add in the lentils to the mixture and continue cook until lentils are tender (about 15 minutes if you use the small red lentils)add in the cabbage which you handily had chopped (1/2 cup)
12. add in the new potatoes till they’re cooked and your soup will be done.
