Hmmmm, think probably chopped up some garlic fine and sauteed in butter with parm cheese, salt, pepper &amp; oregano....if I remember correctly.

Having fun with Seveen in Fl.?.....that paella sounds wonderful!....wish I was there to help nyam ie!
