Tulip yuh deh a Atlanta, well mi know who grow ie but yuh haffi gi mi a smalls plus likkle a di ackee when yuh cook it an mi nuh nyam saltish a salt mackrel mi want it wid an mi want yellow yam tuh.

Stop the press! I love Dekalb Farmer's Market, but they have so much going on in there that I get overwhelmed sometimes.

Jam, yes I tried the canned. I'm not going to call no brand name, but I have liked every thing else I tried from them except this. Well, that's not true; I am not a fan of the pickapeppa sauce either.

it guh by Callalloo but it is a seasonal crop so you will only get it at certain times of the year, you can also try covington farmer's market but they only have it at certain times.

One good thing about living in Florida is that I can find fresh callaloo.


But, I have yet to get a good bread fruit here (unless some one carries it from Jamaica)

you can get callalloo here at the asian supermarkets cheaper than the west indian stores. they call it chinese spinach. they have the variegated red and green and the regular green one.

but i do like the canned ones for dumplings.

Well, the only progress I have made is purchasing a can of Grace Callaloo.

I am trying to decide what to do with it so let me see if we can get this dumpling recipe (hint hint). It sounds like it might be interesting.

I'm going to wait on fresh or frozen (other hint hint) before I just make them alone in the pot as per the recipe on &quot;I'll have to look back to find&quot; page.
