I am going to jerk the chicken on the rotisserie (just set it and forget it) grill.

broccoli rice
steamed snapper with okra
steamed cabbage and carrots
mashed potato
banana muffins (maybe)
water and fruit juice

mi nah cook today. mi a go dung a mi madda go henkah. hopefully she a cook sinting weh mi can carry go work as well. if not mi mite cook some spaghetti or mac n cheese fi mi lunch later on wen mi come back.
