On weekends (mainly Sunday) I'll do breakfast and dinner. Saturdays it is a mug of coffee and that'll hold me for the rest of the day. Dinner is an option on Saturdays.

breakfast for me is: pbj on 1 slice of bread, plus a banana. sometimes a yogurt o ahn coffee.

You know it does not affect my training. I usually have a high energy level and going without food for a day or even feeling down for the day does not affect my performance.

I know I should eat more...

No I don't eat breakfast, never drank coffee either.
The former, never have since I moved away from home.
The latter, long before that.

I have to wake mine up at 2 pm on a Saturday.....but sometimes let him sleep - so peaceful! - till he wakes around 4...

As for breakfast.... mine is coffee and sigarettes.....
Only on holiday I get into having breakfast, and on Sundays. Got to change that habit tho....
