Happy Earth Day Cocktail...

Well, I thought I would give it a try again, after uploading my pic to photobucket. To my astonishment....it appeared! A bit more work on my part...but I guess if I want to hang around and play with all you guys here...it's a small price to pay...lol



Let's be good to our earth...this is my earthday drink.

Nothing better than a Ceasar to get ya dancing...or just moving!

Here ya go Peasie...

A Classic Canadian Ceasar

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 splash(es) Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Horseradish (Or to taste)
Celery Salt (Or Rim-It) Clamato Juice
3 dashs Tabasco Sauce (Optional)
3 dashs Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash black pepper

Instructions

This is a great Saturday or Sunday morning drink! Moisten your glass with a wedge of lemon or lime, then use Caesar riming salt, or celery salt around the rim. Add all the ingredients over lots of ice and stir well. The horseradish doesn’t look so wonderful in the bottom, but it adds a really great taste.
