boil out the salt out of the saltfish, and shred it, not too much~

peel and cut up the pumpkins
put on a pot of boiling water
put pumpkins in boiling water (1/2hr)
add saltfish, cock soup mix, cut up a skellion, thyme, a piece a scott bonnett pepper, black pepper, (if u waan add shrimp, add it now) (15mins)
add rice,

done~
