must i descend into standard english wid u Tulip? Must I?!?!
I have used the regular (quaker) oats, uncooked, in smoothies, but I havent tried it with steel cut oats, ie never put the steel cut in smoothie. IN other thoughts- the steel cut oats dont taste nice to me when i cook them, no matter how long i cook them for! English is long and hard!

I did not know the difference between steel cut and rolled. I thought they were all instant or not instant. Now I'm going to have to review my position.
