I have been tossing around the idea of becoming a vegetarian. It really isn’t feasible because I would never give up seafood or red meat. I wouldn’t care if I never ate another piece of yard bird in my life. And my main use for pork is seasoning meat, but I do not foresee my life without eating fish and beef.
Perhaps it can just be a part time thing for me. I like legumes and nuts, and they may well be fine sources of protein, but to be honest, they don’t quite bring the same satisfaction as escoveitched snapper or a nice big juicy grilled steak.
