I took a culinary world tour for lunch today I helped organize an International potluck at my place of worship where African, Caribbean and Latin American countries are represented. So for lunch I had,

Mannish water - first time mi drink ie and Miss Lady made it thick like kuntry soup
Jerk chicken
Moin Moin - steamed bean pudding from Nigeria
Joloff rice - Nigeria
Spanakopita - Greece
Cassava leaves with meat and fish from Sierra Leone

Dinner tonight is a glass of wine and some company

Garlic, black pepper, onion powder, little jerk seasoning (preferably Walkerwood), olive oil, seasoning salt. I allow the whole wings soak overnight.
