<span style="font-weight: bold">Honey Mustard-Glazed Grilled Salmon</span>

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 lb. salmon fillet with skin
In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, garlic and vinegar. Spread evenly on top of salmon (if you have extra, lightly cover the sides).
Place salmon skin side down on grill and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until just cooked through.
Do not turn the fish over. Check frequently for flare ups.
