Let's share some of our top 5 favorite things to eat... and perhaps if we can the benefits (aside of the obvious deliciousness) of these foods.

<span style="font-weight: bold">1. Stew Peas </span> - obviously it is delicious - but red peas (or red beans as they are called here - are also an excellent source of high quality, virtually fat free protein... additionally they are a good source of cholesterol lowering fiber...
<span style="font-weight: bold">2. Papaya</span> - I could eat this fruit all day... it helps with acne and blemishes, it helps to detoxify, aids in digestion and prevents constipation - high in vitamin C - it's also a very powerful antioxidant.
