mi use the tiun calaloo fe dis
jus mix up the calaloo wid de flour then knead it jus like you wid whne u mekkin plain dumplin
and yes of course you use water

... yes what BZee and Ssop seh. you can also fry the dumpling, scoop out the middle and fill with already prepared ackee and saltfish.

o peasie, these can't be no fenkie fenkie dumpling dem haffi big and fabuffalous like mass bertie third wife. that's how you can get to scoop out the middle. you need a deep fryer for this as this tun ie dis way and tun ie dah way till ie soak juss nawgoh mek ie.
