not a ting..it is my usual friday/satdeh dinner if mi nuh feel fi order take out...since mom is here tho we having stew beef and rice today

she is di soup on saturday type too but mi tell her it too hot an miserable fi nyam soup and she agree so instead of beef soup she do di stew beef

Soup is a regular thing around these parts as well but mi couldn't badda.

I added this to it and it was good...my recipe

sauté some garlic, onion, scotch bonnet then add a can of chick peas seasoned with black pepper, likkle more grace hot pepper sauce and little diana bbq sauce.

A lot of work but it was good.
