well mi eating mang, water melon and spinach salad. no dressing. i couldn't think of one plus mi no really tink it need one. it taste really really good. this time the mango wasnt chilled and i left the skin on. next time i will peel it and mke sure mango cold. ....lawd di pat a tek long fi cook today eisi.

just mellting butter until it turns brown (not burnt)..i was watching a french cooking show and they were chatting about this &quot;beurre noir&quot; when it turned out to be soo simple i had to try it..
