Those morning tv shows caught my attention mentioning herbs and spices.
The herbalist being enterveiwed said that nutmeg used to be used
by placing one under each armpit for a short while
so to attract the opposite sex

You ever heard that one?

There might be more uses for the nutmeg apart from putting it in porridge and carrot juice. Just this Monday I was told that the surburban kids are using it to sniff and get high. One wonders what next?

nutmeg is a good complement fi beef and spinach (to go back for a minute to its culinary uses). stew beef, roast beef.

it's effects are similar to MDMA. in high doses it can kill you. it's also good as a tea for an upset stomach.

Only last week I had some delicious, well-seasoned stew beef at my favourtie Ja. <span style="font-style: italic">eatery</span> and Miss Lady said she had used nutmeg as part of her seasoning. Very tasty!

I add it to the Ricotta cheese along with an egg in my Lasagna and it adds a special something to that dish
