I always buy tins of coconut milk at the Chinese supermarket. They cost about 79 cents a tin and are much cheaper than at the regular supermarkets where the predominantly white American shoppers don't use much coconut milk in their cooking.

They also sell coconut cream which I pour over chunks of pineapple with a couple teaspoons of Splenda for dessert.

What not use honey or sugar? The Splenda is saving you about 15 calories per teaspoon of brown sugar. And with that coconut cream and pineapple, that's a lot of calories and enough sugar.

My wife is the only one in her family that is not overweight. She watches what she eats and eats healthier than I do but when I can I cut out any extra calories I can. At one point about five years ago I was developing a little belly and cut out all the sweets and a lot of fat in my diet and was doing some hard physical work on my job and got back into shape.

I'm 66 years old am 6'1&quot; tall and weigh 180 pounds or so and am in the best shape in my life.

When you get up in years it becomes tougher to lose weight and get in shape and I have to do all that I can to stay in the good shape I'm in.

So yes I'll eat a pile of fried potatoes and eat the occasional mountain of chocolate ice cream but I also know to limit that stuff and to take advantage of the calories that can be saved by following my wife's example such as using Splenda- it's guilt-free sweet stuff.

That's how I stay as good looking as I am.
I do need to keep a baseball bat handy to drive off all the women which is the only drawback.
I can't wait to get up every morning because I get better looking every day.
And humbler too.
