Pineapple breadpuddn :dream an drool: TO be honess tho, the best recipe is the one that have it so all i have to di is lift fork to mout . mi cant badda wid di heap a cleanup cleanup fi bake! mi beena searchout a nice restrant wid bread pudden- but it not always on ppl menu. di irish dem disappoint me , so far is a german place in miami dat ahve mi but it kinda fur- so my research continues!!! For the cause!!

When I lived in Santa Barbara I worked in a restaurant up in the hills called San Ysidro Ranch. The bread pudding they served there was the BOMB!, to me anyway!.....it had walnuts, chocolate chips &amp; rum inna it &amp;I'm still trying to duplicate it without the recipe....was served with a custard sauce, but was so good, it really didn't need a sauce!

BTW, I worked breakfast &amp; lunch because they only allowed male waiters at dinner!
