Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones. Jamaican turn farmer in rural England. Him did run for local councillor for the Tories, but I don't see any sign he was elected.

i watched his program about taking black kids from the inner city to work on his farm. it ran on PBS a few years ago. the show only lasted one year - i think the Black Farmer realized he bit off more than he could chew - those inner city kids had some emotional problems that he could not really get a handle on.Comment
