natural fruit juice in the morning (apple, strawberry and orange) or (carrot, apple, a little beet and ginger) One morning I did a banana smoothie but I wasn't really feeling that first thing in the morning.
After drinking the juice I like to drink a bottle of room temperature water.
through out the morning I snack on fruits and nuts and by lunch time I eat a big salad. I make my own salad dressing with a little bit of exta virgin olive oil, some lemon juice and a dash of sea salt.
In the afternoon I snack of whatever, baby carrots, celery (which is quite filling) nuts, etc.
For dinner I have another big salad.</span>
