Glad you asked. In continuing my <span style="font-style: italic">Gabe Mirkin</span> plan, I just ate:
- Gardein's burgundy trio (beefless tips, veggies, rice) - it was surprisingly good
- salad greens and yellow tomatoes
- water

GARden proTEIN beef: water, soy protein, vital wheat gluten, onion, natural flavors (from plant sources), potato starch, expeller pressed canola oil and/or safflower oil, pea protein, modified vegetable gum, carrot fiber, organic beet root fiber, organic evaporated cane juice, yeast extract, sea salt. rub: spices, red bell pepper flakes.
