Why people leave di banana skin pan the banana inna goat head soup? Is lazy dem lazy or yuh 'pose fi eat it?

it can eat.
back in my day, that was stuff we used to give the pig, but yesterday animal food is today's delicacy.

Every time I see it, it brings me back to the days of making the pigs meals. I find it very difficult to enjoy the soup seeing the banana skin on the banana.Comment

The claim it give them iron.
But it is true only if it US cooked in cast iron pot.
