My husband is doing the once a week cooking today

grilled sirloin
mashed potatoes
wweet corn

Chased down with a glass of syrah-malbec. First time I'm trying this wine... not heavy and very smooth

I made oxtails too
fried Chicken
rice and peas
sweet corn on the cob
beef meat sauce
spaghetti

no dessert - still recovering from vacay.
