wondering if jazz could post the recipe for vegetarian stew peas. When I make it I use beef as am not touching no piggytail not even wid a ten foot pole. Piggytail I include in the same bracket as chickentoe, cowfoot and fish head

HEy Storrmmey - if you look on the front page - they have a recipe there which is very similar to mine - except that I usually nuh remember to soak my peas I just boil them on medium to low heat till tender... Also that recipe says 1/4 cup of water which nuh mek sense for 2 cups of peas... so use your discretion with the amount of water you add...

taste as you go along and add seasoning to your taste.

lawd jazzie me say the meatless stewpeas nice iiesi I omitted the coconut milk, sweet potato. put likkle butta and everything else lawd it was heaven. I moved the car in the garage lock me door and sey if doorbell ring a not answering cause nobaddy na get none
