so - i look got any excuse to go out by myself with the dog<---

first trip to my favourite veggie store= bought preminced kale-portuguese thing dat;
red hot chilli peppers<-- not the band
avacados
plantains - semi ripe
chinese cabbage;
sweet peppers in different colours;
came home and instructed a certain smaddy pan the slicing and dicing of the peppers and onions for the mackerel.
