So I made beef soup on Saturday. And I cheated

Instead of Caribbean pumpkin or Butternut Squash from scratch - as in peel and cut up pumpkin, I used this as the soup base

And no, I did NOT use gnocchi for dumplins

all now mi a try get the stew peas cheater one, mi nuh understand dat one

mi get swapping out di dumplin fi gnocchi though (cause it can be annoying fi a knead dumpling)
