I am planning a NY Eve shin ding and I know it is a bit early but I need some help with the menu
I am doing just an appetizer thingy...hors d'oeuvres ....so far I have
quiche
jerk n bbq wings
pigs ina blanket
salsa con queso
other chips n dip (guacamole nacho salsa)
shrimp tempura
meat balls
cocktail patties
tink dat is sufficient to hole down all di liquor? should i add sweet stuff to di menu like fruit salad an desserts? a pot of manish watah? wah unoo tink?
