wat to do wid smoke turkey?

trying a smoked turkey for xmas for the first time this year. want to see what all the fuss is about. every jamaican family mi know that seh dem have turkey fi some holiday dinner is smoke turkey dem have.

google is not being my friend wrt to smoked turkey recipes, all i see are recipes on how to smoke the turkey.

if it's smoked, i don't need to to cook it? what kind of gravy go with smoked turkey?

for the gravy I suggest buying a turkey or chicken neck and some chicken liver/giblets an use that with a butter roux.

Click di link I posted, dem suggest a citrus type sauce fi di smoke turkey. I suggest the regular one juss fi di mash potato an di stuffing. I also recommend &quot;stuffing cups&quot; mi haffie go find di recipe though.
