any one have a good cheese cake recipe that is not too difficult to make?

She makes hers someway along these lines
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar <span style="font-size: 8pt"><span style="color: #FF0000">[but she substitutes with condensed milk....don't know how much]</span></span>
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
a bit of lime zest
ready made graham cracker crust
1. Beat ingredients with mixer until smooth. Pour into plate with graham cracker crust.
2. Bake 22 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn oven off. Remove cheesecake and cool for 5 minutes. Add topping if desired then refrigerate.

I'd like to know how much sweetened condensed milk she uses (for future reference) I will make it with sugar today.
