Competition recipes - 11/28 - 12/03/10

Hope everyone had a GREAT Thanksgiving and is ready to share some good stuff with us

POst this weeks competition recipes here...

RULES:</span>

1. The recipe must be <span style="font-weight: bold">ORIGINAL </span>- that means if mi google it and fine it posted elsewhere you will be disqualified (unless of course you were the person that originally posted it there)

2. You may enter only one dish per week - however you are free to enter every week if you so desire.

3. It must be something that you have made an nuh jus mek up inna yu head

4. The recipe must include measurable ingredients and distinct instructions on how to prepare the dish (eg. fling een likkle peppa wid de wata is not acceptable)

5. You may post your submissions Sunday to Friday of each week

6. Voting begins end of day on Friday and will run through the weekend and Monday

7. A winner will be announced by end of day each Monday.

<span style="font-weight: bold">Patty Sandwich</span>

1 Spicy Beef Patty

2 Slice Hardough Bread

4 Slices of Ham

Take the two slices of bread and place on a plate, add two slices of ham to each side put hot (heated) patty on one slice and cover with the other. Cut sandwich down the middle and eat immediately. Serve with a cold D&amp;G Pineapple soft drink.

Mi tink dis recipe might need some Tastee cheese, some Seprod margarine spread, an likkle Walkers Wood mayonnaise

Jerk Shrimp

Ingredients:
some big shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Walkers wood jerk seasoning
Soy sauce
Olive oil or butter

wash and dry shrimp then season with a little soy sauce and liberal amounts of jerk seasoning. sautee in the butter(or oil) serve.
