just one question from you more aware folks, is there anything out there that will counteract the pesticide on the strawberries.... eg. salt & vinegar, soap for fruits and veggie.... or am I living in a fools pardise.

Strwberry is one of those foods where the pesticide/chemical is easily absorbed because the skin is so soft.

Don't know about others, if the skin is soft buy food not treated with chemicals, cause all the washing etc nah guh get rid of the pesticide

dat kwestian crossed mi mind tuh, but I doubt it, cozzing seh, by di time di strawberries/fruits reach out table, they have already absorbed the poisons....soh, no amount of washing can remove them from the fruits.

eta, is strange how the so-called "scientific community" is divided on dis.

most pesticides are carcinogenic....

A little thing about pesticides is that pescticides do break down in the stomach....
