Seriously though thanks to everyone who voted for me.
And even if you didn't, you should give my recipe a try if you like tangy and spicy
foods.

I came up with this recipe one evening when I had planned to make buffalo wings but wasn’t really feeling it. I love escoveitch fish so I figured why not try a similar prep method with chicken wings.
