I dont know where mi read say its the perfect low-carb root veg. SO mi finally buck it up at my supermarket, and cook it. it eat nice esee. Mi cant describe the taste- maybe like a potato, sweetened. What oonu ushally do with it?

Oh adn talk bout rhubarb too while we're at the Rs I think i still ahve some frozen in my freezer from one time mi did try use it mek pie! Who eat that? Mi seet occasionally in frozen fruit section at Pubix

Yes a true. ALtho the skin thin tho, so it bad and nuh so bad. but it did have whole heap a wax on it!

Is it in the turnip famly, cuz them look almost exactly alike, sorta
