I have lately become obsessed with the idea of making goose... I have never tasted it or prepared it - but I just need to know...

Please let me know how it turns out... I may try in the New Year

If you haven't started yet I can try calling my MIL - her smoked turkey is always fantastic! I have never done it - but hers is always slamming - not to mention the cramberry glaze dat she put pon top
