I am having leftovers. My son heads back to school later today, so he requested his send-off meal yesterday.

I am making breakfast this morning:

I had so much oxtail, goat and poultry over the holidays that mi nuh waan si nuten close to that inna mi kithen tiddeh... so the menu is

Grilled Lobster (in garlic and butter)
Steamed Red Snapper
Italian style meatballs
Stew Peas

Steamed White Rice
Spaghetti
Apple, pear & Walnut salad with a sprinkle of feta cheese

I on mi plantain tart recovery diet ...so grilled chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato and brocolli and spinach for dinner

trying out shark today, saw a simple recipe of sauteing it in garlic and oil. married dawta and me going pesca-ovo-vegetarian for the next while, younger dawta and son in law will maintain the meat ting.

dinner today:
* shark stew
* brown stew chicken
* brown rice with spinach
* north african spiced soup

fruit for dessert
