slice thru the breast but not all the way thru
thinly slice leeks n saute in saucepan wid a tblspoon of olive oil
add blue cheese to leek but dont melt all the way
stuff chicken breast wid leek/blue cheese
either use tooth picks to secure around edges r use a likkle ile an flour to seal the edges
mix olive oil wid salt an pepper to taste and brush chicken breasts
place in oven at 400 and bake until no red fluid shows wen u prick the breasts
turn on the broiler to brown slightly
serve
