I have been wanting to try the Kashi. I should just buy some, but they had free samples you could get on their Website. (I got a little bent out of shape that I could never get on the site.)

there's a few different kinds tulip - and to me they ALL taste like cardboard box <span style="font-style: italic">except</span> the one called &quot;GoLean <span style="font-style: italic"><span style="text-decoration: underline">Crunch</span></span>&quot;. that one is very delishus. it is a lil sweet though, hence the Cheerios mixed in with it.

and it's indeed crunchy, much better than the other Kashi ones that're just tasteless soggy twigs. bleh.

regular old fashion corn flakes with Haagen Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream

oatmeal with condense milk

yes the kashi i have looks and tastes like twigs :eek...but it supposed to be healthy and good for late night snacking sometimes

miss exced i skip the condensed milk and just go for the frosted flakes

I was never a cereal person. Never liked the taste of milk

Also any kind of porridge, including oatmeal, is just yucky to me but, as CeaBee and Twiney will no doubt come in and tell y'all, I am just weird that way

Growing up in JA we mostly had cornflakes with some of the other sugary cereals
thrown in here and there

but cold breakfast wasn't the norm so is hot milk them give us, which made the cornflakes soggy and like sue seh it just leff yuh traumatized.

I don't like sweet cereals but Cornflakes just disgusting hot or cold.
