brown stew pork
Cut up pork roast into small pieces.
season with
seasoning salt
black pepper
soy sauce
browning (optional)
ketchup
garlic
onion
thyme
Marinate for a bit in the fridge.
Heat small amount of oil in a dutch pot
brown the pork pieces
add in the seasoning with just enough water to half cover the pork
turn down the pot and let it simmer
check and stir make sure it dont dry out (add more water)
you can also add cut up irish potato and carrots
