Funny, I hard a really hard time with rice for a while. There was a time I could not make rice with out a rice cooker.

Jazz that chicken was the bomb
it came out very good
and I did it on a wire rack
a chroo u noh know how much store mi go yessiday a a look fe dat wire rack
and den today mi fine out sey mi had one at home
but the one I bought was bigger and fitted right in my pan

Just use di panko instead a di cawnflakes, buy di panko style breadcrumbs at trader joes

I saw a 2 lb. bag of fresh, washed turnip greens in the market today. I put it in the crock pot with sliced smoked turkey leg, 1 cup chicken stock, dash of cider vinegar, onion, garlic, and salt.

Went shopping. Took dog for walk. Came back home and it was ready . That was my dinner tonight ... and several lunches this week

Rice and Peas (Pepper burst in dere and gave it the best flavor ever)
Mashed Potatoes
Mixed Green Salad
Corona's/Fruit Punch

Coconut/Lemon Pie

Alright Peasie, you hit up my weak spot. Greens break me down. All you needed was some Mexican cornbread (corn, jalapenos,cheese) so I'm going to bring it over. Where you live again?

plus di smell of bun up rice is di worse.....
