Restaurant owned by Jamaican. Susie is Trini and is is the manager and main server. We each ordered breakfast from the menu. I had mackerel rundown wid bwile banana, bwile dumplin, and fry dumplin.

&quot;Chicken breasts are dipped in beaten eggs and cracker crumbs, then baked with butter. These chicken breast are really tender and moist. Excellent flavor! I never have leftovers.&quot;

Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup crushed buttery round cracker
crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

ground black pepper to taste
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
halves
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Place eggs and cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls. Mix cracker crumbs with garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the eggs, then dredge in the crumb mixture to coat.
3. Arrange coated chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place pieces of butter around the chicken.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

I'm marinating my chicken breasts in lemonade so no eggs and using panko breadcrumbs instead of crackers and yes my meat has seasonings and less butter... based on the reviews 1/4 cup is more than enough.</span>

I'll record the address, if me dung dat side me wi have a place fi go instead of having rice and beans.

Twiney, thanks for the recipie. Is this something you make often? Dunno about the cracker crumbs portion of the recipie.

donkey years ago when i lived in the hammocks i think that restaurant has just opened. Island Delight off kendall drive was better imo (at least at that time)

dont judge me... and yes mi look pon the thread u start but mi heart been set on this and mi dont like Parmesan

Pepper I use the bread crumbs instead of crackers and it is calorie rich so cant have it too often.
