Oxtail (I hope Stormey is still on oxtail hiatus)
Curry chicken
Rosemary roasted chicken breast
Gungo rice and peas
Potato Salad
Steam carrots and cabbage (trying the purple cabbage today)
Fruit Punch

mi not cooking a thing...UCONN game at noon an mi nuh waan tie up miself in di kitchen plus whole heap a leftovers in the fridge but mi nuh feel fi none a dem... mi will jus mek dis guy yah get some thai takeout an maybe smuggle a bokkle a wine cross di stateline since we out of sweet an mi nuh feel fi di dry dat we have...

Mi poach some tuna steaks and waiting for it to cool so mi can mek tuna salad. so the menu is:

tuna salad
broiled mahi-mahi
orzo salad (with feta & pickled beets )
kale
cornflake chicken (courtesy of Jazz) <---for the game
broiled curried sweet potatoes (wedge style)

lol...we wudda feed yu same way..but is long time now mi nuh mek sunday dinner yu nuh no need to cah mom always a cook dis big wagon a food during di week

mi nuh tink mi gwen bodda wid di thai again...for game time i made chicken quesadillas and some tortilla salsa y queso ting wid di black beans and corn an mi still full...o yea...dat an di wine

yes am on a oxtail hiatus had it everyday for almost three weeks while on vacay....like skelly say i clive of it....my new lick is ginger/nutmeg/cinnamon pork chops suppose to try Jazzie cornflakes crusted chicken one of these days.
