Jamaican curry oxtail

Anyone ever had this?

I'm not an oxtail fan nowadays but remembered when I enjoyed it

When I was in Miami recently, my Jamaican friends were raving about curry oxtail. When I went "Huh?!" they said it was all the rage from a small Jamaican restaurant (Pepper, not the one previously mentioned). Apparently an employee added curry to the oxtail by accident and the rest is history

I have never had it, but I have no reservations about trying it. You curry just about everything else; why not oxtails? I have not heard of them selling it here, but if I do I will come back with an opinion. I'd try cooking it myself, but I'm just getting the regular oxtails consistently right so one thing at a time.

well i have had jerk goat and it taste good so curry oxtail caan be dat much different

Skelly!! not the same thing at all.....goat gamey to begin with.....so anything spicy can only make it taste better. The first time I had goat in jamdung I spat it out.....remind me of when the granperes used to force me to eat Moose meat....goat taste same way
