the mr put chicken, corn and plantain on the grill.

i made those kale chips...them not awful..maybe just an acquired taste..i have more kale in the fridge, so I'll make some more tomorrow.

Latins grill plantain, they split it in the middle and stuff with ground beef. Can't remember the proper name for it.

and @ the above bolded....why is cudden me mek it

anyway all I know is it contain garlic
she used the can Garbanzos
shallots
fennel something or odda
bay leave
extra virgin oil (cause she ask if I have olive oil)

she did the Garbanzos in oven first....don't know how long
she cooked the shallots separetly
shard separately
then she combine everything and used some type of broth (think is vegable)
yeah and she use garlic crusher for the garlic


anyway after everything combine I jamaicanize it backside....wid some thyme, likkle scotch bonnie peppa, allspice it did taste 2 bland man....then she said this is the best it has ever tasted....left her to her illusion bout her bland type a cooking she gawn back a Vancouver thinking when she next cook it at home it will taste the same

btw she cut out a part of the shard before she cooked it....after it cook she poured it through a sieve then combine everything and placed on low heat.....tell me to watch it...that is when I jamacanize it backside it taste nice iiesi

Crockpot Apple Cobbler

I did this yesterday as well.. Turned out great, very delicious.

5 green apples
1 cup apple juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups loose granola that has raisin and chopped almonds
1 tablespoon cinnamon

mix everything and let it slow cook for 3 hrs
